- Payment and ordering
is to be made through our secure shopping cart on
the website. This is an automated purchasing
procedure. Through the shopping cart we accept
the following methods of payment:

payments go through our verification processing
company PayPal. PayPal has become a well known
form of the payment of funds on the internet. You
can use your PayPal account funds, or use VISA,
MASTERCARD, DISCOVER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD
with Paypal even if you're not a paypal member.
You can also use your checking account as an
eCheck with this service.
- Mail In
Payment
- We also accept a mail
in payment for those who prefer to mail in checks
or money orders for payment of your order. When
money orders are used, shipment is processed as
soon as we receive the money order. When checks
are used, shipment is delayed until the check
clears your bank. This process can take several
days depending on your bank.

- Shipping
- All products are
shipped either UPS United Parcel Service or UPSP
United States Postal Service at our discretion
depending on the actual item. We do not ship
outside the United States. DCS Industries,
ValueCenter2000 and it's owners are not
responsible for lost shipments. Once shipments
are delivered to the address provided it is the
responsibility of the recipient to inspect for
damage and protect the shipment. All
Refused/Returned packages may incur original
shipping and Refused/Return shipping fees in
addition to restocking charges.

- Returns
- Prior authorization
must be obtained from us for all returns. Upon
authorization, a return authorization number will
be issued. This number must be written on the
outside of the package. All returns are subject
to a 10% restocking charge. All
products must be returned in all original packed
material in sellable condition, all accessories
and manuals must be included. Shipping charges
are not refundable. All Refused/Returned packages
may incur original shipping and Refused/Return
shipping fees in addition to restocking charges.

Auction/Store Items
- eBay auction, or eBay
store items may not be returnable. Please check
the auction policy for return information on
these items.
